Community at Dayaalu Center
At Dayaalu we know that support from others develops strong roots to stabilize and help us flourish, much like a vibrant tree. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel welcomed and connected to our community. We offer classes and workshops for all ages, abilities and income-levels. Work-trade is offered when needed to make our programs accessible to all. Our in-house kitchen provides delicious meals using local and organic foods. The Center is dotted with places to gather in community; the garden is an especially loved place to share a meal or tea and connect with one another in the middle of the day or after class.
In addition to weekly classes, Dayaalu is a place to gather for ceremonies, celebrations and soak in the vibrations of our Kirtan, concerts, and sound healing experience - all of which are powerful ways to open our hearts. If you are looking to inspire your work, family, spiritual or social community we can help you customize a retreat to meet your needs.

Ceremonies & Programs Honoring Life Passages
Heart connections are foundational to Dayaalu’s mission to foster transformation through mind, body, spirit. We began with a focus on Yoga in 2013, and have evolved into an integrated wellness center, inspired by the needs of our community. In that spirit, we are excited to support and cultivate a variety of opportunities that honor the major transitions of our lives, threshold times that connect us to our collective human journey, as well as celebrating the natural rhythms and cycles that strengthen our kinship with Earth.
Supporting the Arts
Our walls and retail center showcase the work of local artists with 15% of artist sales go directly to our scholarship fund. We are always looking for new artists, if you would like to submit your work for consideration please email us!
From our Community...
Dayaalu is more than a yoga studio. It's a true center for healing on many levels. I love that they offer yoga classes, shamanic journeying, breathwork, sound meditation/healing & always have guest practitioners and musicians coming through. The annual celebrations are rich with intention and connectedness, the space has awareness of sacred geometry, there's a running stream circling the studio that keeps energy clean, flowing and protected, and they have a private infra-red sauna in back as well as healers on site. The depth of intention and vision put into Dayaalu is truly special, and I feel honored to be a part of this community where real personal healing- and collective healing- can take place. Pretty excited to call this my local healing center! –Heather A.
This place has changed my life so much for the better, and as I've watched it work a similar magic on many others. The yoga classes and other offerings create a rich table from which one can partake, making nourishing connections. It's not an exercise studio, though my overall health has transformed completely for the better. The teaching is soul based and the yoga instructors are deeply trained in the body and spirit. I came with injuries and my teachers, with their backgrounds as physical therapists, nurses, yogis with thousands of hours of training in the many branches of yoga and meditation, guided me beautifully into a practice that heals, sustains, strengthens, and builds a great love for my life and the world around me. From the physicians that educate, to the creative workshops, meditation and journeying events, dances and concerts, the fridge stocked with delicious salads and kombucha, all feed the sense of thriving in community around well being, joy and leaning into new ways to hold our lives, our transitions, and our world. – J.E.C.
