New Beginnings with Ayurvedic Wellness - Michelle Brock, Ayurvedic practitioner, offers individualized, customized consultations educating young, old, sick, healthy, and everyone in between on the ancient Indian principles of a “whole body” healing system.
Ayurveda emphasizes balance in all areas of life, focusing on treating the individual rather than the symptoms they are suffering with. Its holistic approach means that true wellness depends on understanding each person’s unique mind, body, and spiritual make-up. Michelle provides her clients with teaching tools, remedies, and practices to manage their own health, allowing them to understand more clearly how foods, lifestyle choices, the weather, the seasons, the time of day, and even our time of life affect our wellbeing.
Michelle is a 35 year flight attendant for a major airline based in Seattle, WA. Seeking change in her own health led to sharing these transformations and these Ayurvedic principles with others. “I knew right away that healing myself had a connection to one day healing others,” she says.
Michelle graduated from Kerala Ayurveda Academy Milpitas, California; AWC AWP. She recently completed her clinical internship in Kerala, India, where she studied at The Health Village in Alva, India and Ayurvedagram Heritage Wellness Center in Bangalore, India.
