Dayaalu Center houses traditional and alternative health and wellness practitioners committed to providing deeply integrated and collaborative care for individuals, families and whole communities. Seeking truth and alignment in any area of life is an act of courage and love. Our holistic approach restores balance and fosters transformation in our relationships, bodies, and minds. Along with the practitioners listed below, we also house the Far Infrared Sauna. ​​

Trillium Natural Medicine - Dr. Alex Kraft is a Naturopathic Physician and Acupuncturist. As a Functional Medicine doctor, Dr. Kraft uses lab testing, diet, lifestyle changes, herbs, supplements, and hormonal therapy to promote proper function of the body and stimulate the body’s innate healing abilities. He sees his role as a health detective – helping identify factors which are contributing to ill health, recommending supportive therapies to maintain or regain health, and encourage the healthy lifestyle changes to maintain health on a daily basis. Therapeutic Yoga, Physical Therapy and Healing - Sue Steindorf blends 30 years as a physical therapist with the profound wisdom of yoga to create a multidimensional healing experience. She works with all ages, from infant to geriatric, and a diverse range of health issues and concerns. Whether it’s a child with disabilities or an adult with chronic pain or anxiety, Sue utilizes her unique knowledge, experience, and abilities to help people understand and trust their body’s capacity to heal and discover new patterns for living a healthy and vital life. 

​Sue has a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Washington and an MA in Physical Therapy from Boston University. Her yoga training includes: 200hr Integral Yoga teacher training; extensive yoga therapy education with Doug Keller; Yoga for depression with Amy Weintraub; Yoga therapy with Gary Kraftsow; Yoga for Cancer with Jnani Chapman; and Yin Yoga with Sara Powers.  Yoga comes from the root to Yoke or connect and at the heart of her work is cultivating connections that bring balance and wholeness into lives.  Bridget Carnahan, DO - Dr. Carnahan is a physician specializing in integrative psychiatry. Her practice, Deep Wellness, centers on a Mind-Body Medicine approach to whole person wellness. Her treatment style combines elements of functional medicine to support healthy physiologic processes as well as somatic therapies to support adaptive nervous system response. She has a strong appreciation for the potential of individual transformation and incorporates mindfulness practice and Jungian psychotherapy into her work with patients. Bridget has training in ketamine assisted psychotherapy and works with patients on the integration of deep insight to support change. Bridget practiced as a licensed midwife prior to becoming a physician. She brings a commitment to the values of individualized care and patient-physician partnership to her practice. Luminanda Coaching, Yoga & Massage Therapy - Karen Sella, MA, CYT, LMT offers coaching, yoga and massage therapy. Accessible Yoga and Physical Therapy - Carol Ann Davidson has over 25 years experience as a licensed physical therapist working with people with disabilities in a variety of settings.  In 2016, she entered into yoga teacher training with the intention of deepening her practice and sharing yoga with people with movement challenges who might otherwise view yoga as inaccessible.  She believes that yoga is a lifelong practice that can help people of all abilities improve or maintain strength, flexibility, balance, breath, ease, and function.  Blending physical therapy and yoga, she provides support, education, and training for a safe and sustainable movement practice.  Visit her website at cadavidsonyogapt.com or contact Carol Ann at: cadavidsonyogapt@gmail.com or 206-390-1709.

Carol Ann has a BS in Physical Therapy, Ithaca College; Masters in Physical Therapy, Temple University; and a Doctor of Science in Neurologic Physical Therapy, Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She has completed 200 hours Registered Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Garden; Accessible Yoga Training with Jivana Heyman; Adaptive Yoga Training with Matthew Sanford at Mind Body Solutions; and training in Yoga for Scoliosis with Elise Browning Miller.  In addition, she has taken courses on the integration of yoga and physical therapy, including a course applying the wisdom of Schroth therapy for scoliosis and yoga.
