Far Infrared Sauna

Nestled in the cottage behind the main building is our two-person Far Infrared Sauna. Our sauna room includes a shower with fresh towels for your use and is cleaned and ventilated between appointments.

Appointments

Appointments are available Monday through Friday. See schedule for details.

• ​All appointments are for 30 minutes of sauna time and 15 minutes to shower/dress. 
• Appointments made online must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. To schedule within 48 hours please call or email and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a sauna appointment, please notify us of the change at info@dayaalucenter.com as soon as possible. In order to receive a refund, you must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
• Health Screening for Community Wellness:
  • If you are ill and feel you may have an infectious disease, please stay home.
  • If you have a respiratory illness, please follow the CDC guidance, here: www.cdc.gov/respiratory-viruses/guidance

30-minute sauna for two people - $45

Ten Sauna Punchcards
