Far Infrared Sauna

Nestled in the cottage behind the main building is our two-person Far Infrared Sauna. Our sauna room includes a shower with fresh towels for your use and is cleaned and ventilated between appointments.

Appointments

Appointments are available Monday through Friday. See schedule for details.

• ​All appointments are for 30 minutes of sauna time and 15 minutes to shower/dress. 
• Appointments made online must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same day appointments are possible on Monday through Friday. Please call for availability and scheduling.
• Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations in order to accommodate staffing adjustments and rebooking the session. When you cancel an appointment, the credit for the visit will be automatically returned to your account. If you need a refund, contact us. In the case of emergency cancellations (within the 24-hour window), please notify us of the change at info@dayaalucenter.com as soon as possible.
• Health Screening for Community Wellness:
  • If you are ill and feel you may have an infectious disease, please stay home.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have a known exposure, please follow the CDC guidelines, here: www.cdc.gov/coronavirus
