Dayaalu Center offers a wide variety of classes taught by highly trained, experienced teachers. Our classes are inspiring, welcoming and safe! If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We suggest spending time on our website to learn about:

Getting Started
The best way to get started is to visit us Monday-Friday between 10am-4pm so we can show you around. You can try a class at $10 drop-in for first time students and/or purchase our New Student Introductory offer for two weeks of unlimited classes for $40. (Note: Neither of these options are available on our website. You must come in to take advantage of these great offers!).
New students can also just sign in for a class online. Once you do, you will be prompted to create an account with "MindBody Online." The process is easy and includes creating a password, signing a new student waiver, and purchasing a pricing option. Our online shopping cart has the highest level of security possible. Once you have a MindBody account, you can continue to pre-register for a class or drop-in. (Note: You can also create a MindBody account even if you are not ready to sign up for a class or purchase a pricing option.)

Arriving for Class
- Our class sizes range from 5-20 people, so if you know you are coming, pre-registering the day of class is a good idea.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your first class to check yourself in at the front desk (even if you have pre-registered online), get the lay of the land, and get ready for class.
- We have yoga mats, blankets and props for your use while you are taking class, and many of our clients like to bring their own mats. We also have yoga mats for sale.
- If you use Dayaalu mats, please clean them with our supplies before use.
- Dress comfortably in loose clothing.
