  • If you have a yoga mat or props you are welcome to bring them. If not, we have yoga mats, props, and blankets available for your use. Please dress in comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.

  • If you’re new to yoga or returning to the practice we welcome you to contact us to let us know and our teachers or support staff can guide you to find the best classes for you to get started. On our printed schedule we designate classes that are especially good for beginners with a (B) and all level classes with an (A). We have a new student 30-day pass for $55 – this is a fantastic way to try out our wide variety of classes and practices. The most important thing is knowing that your body is your guide. Learning to listen to our bodies more deeply is one of the many gifts of a yoga practice. Starting with slower paced classes and experiencing the rejuvenation of one of our Yin or Restorative classes can be a wonderful way to cultivate this listening. Remembering that yoga is a practice and with time and support from teachers and the community it’s a path that can transform your life.
