Getting Started

Welcome!

Dayaalu offers a wide variety of classes taught by highly trained and experienced teachers. Our classes are inspiring, welcoming and safe! If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If you’re new or returning to a practice, let your instructor know and share any information that will be helpful for us to be aware of as you get started. Remember, your body is the most important teacher. We are here to support you and cultivate a practice where you listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
